Shipping policy

For every purchases made before 10am of each working day will be processed, carefully packed and shipped out within the same day. Once the item has been packed and processed, we will notify by an email or text message informing your order status.

For every purchase made on weekends and public holiday, orders will be processed on the next working day. For orders made during festive seasons, customers may experience a delay in delivery process.
